Apparently I was in a barnyard kind of mood over this past weekend!

Isn't this card adorable? The hardest part was getting the three circles cut evenly in the brown mat. (I think next time I'll take the easy way out and punch the pigs out and layer then on top of the mat instead.) The second hardest part was cutting the little tiny pig noses out and popping them up with the dimensional adhesive. Can you see the nose?

I did my one week weigh in today. I'm down 5 pounds. I was hoping for more since it's the first week and will only slow down from here (and I was really REALLY good this week) but I'll take it. It's still a bag of potatoes I'm not constantly carrying around. They say you really only need to lose about 10 pounds to start seeing the health benefits from I'm halfway there.

Gotta run. Have a great day!

Hi Jane,
I can't wait to show Abigail this card. Everything around here is pigs. She loves pigs! In her own words she wants to be a "Pig Fector" We finally figured it out that she was saying "pig collector". So far, she is off to a good start. Way to go on the weight loss. I am right there with you needing to relose some of the weight that has crept back on this year. (can you say stress!)

Such cute little piggies! Congrats on the weight loss!! That is terrific. Don't get discouraged. Maybe you will lose another 5 pounds this week, and then the next, and the next . . . consistency is good! :D Kel

CUTE! I love their popped out noses!!!! Congrats on the first 5 lbs. I think "they" say it is 1 dress size for every 10 lbs.....if that helps!!! Good luck - I'm struggling right along with ya sister!!! ;-)
